Teachers, Inclusive Education Coach
This is my third year at Worsley Central School and I am so excited to be back! I graduated from the University of Alberta in December 2015 with a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Social Studies and Biological Sciences. For the 2018-2019 school year, I will be teaching Science 10 and Chemistry 20 in the first semester. In the second semester, I will be teaching Chemistry 30, Science 7/8/9, and Forensics 25. Make sure to check out my teacher page for more information on these courses!
I am also the Inclusive Education Coach for grades K-12. In this role I support teachers, students and families of students with diverse learning needs. If you ever have any questions in this regard, please contact me at the school.
I am very passionate about youth leadership and young people making a positive impact on their communities, which is why I am thrilled to be the teacher facilitator to our First Responder Team. I believe every child has the capacity to achieve amazing things, and the best part of being a teacher is helping to foster that potential. Seeing a student meet, and often exceed, a goal they never thought possible is one of the best feelings in the world.
I love the staff and students at Worsley Central School and feel fortunate to be able to work with such great people each day! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and interior design. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!
